Rhimes Lecointe starred as lead role ‘Rap-On-Zel’ in ZooNation Dance Company’s critically acclaimed award-winning West End show ‘Into the Hoods’ from 2006 to 2009, then worked as a choreographer in ‘Into The Hoods Remixed’ in 2016. She appeared in Boy Blue’s Olivier Award-winning production ‘Pied Piper’ and in 2010 was cast as ‘Justine’ in the box office smash hit film Street Dance 3D. In 2012 Rhimes walked her all-female dance QueenDom ‘Boadicea’ to the finals of Got To Dance (Sky One) and returned to the show with The Supercrew in 2013, following which she choreographed alongside Ashley Banjo and performed with Diversity on their arena tours ‘Digitized’, ’Limitless’, ‘Limitless The Reboot’ and ITVs ‘Up Close and Personal’. She’s the choreographer the musical ‘In the Willows’ and the stage play ‘And There Was War’. Rhimes was assistant choreographer and dance captain on the 2012 Olympic opening ceremony and ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ (BBC), and associate choreographer on ‘An Officer And A Gentlemen’ at the Leicester Curve, in addition to the UK version of ‘Everybody’s Talking About Jamie’ currently on at the Apollo Theatre, as well as ’Everybody’s Talking About Jamie’ the movie and Australian tour. She was an assistant on ZooNation/The Kate Prince Company’s ‘Sylvia’. As director, Rhimes led the remount of ZooNation Youth Company’s ‘Groove on down the Road’ at Wolverhampton Arena Theatre, Birmingham Hippodrome and Southampton Mayflower theatre and was associate director on the remount of Zoonation/The Kate Prince Company’s ‘Some Like It Hip Hop’.
